I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully presented, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, although there were some shortcomings in handling complaints effectively. The location was excellent, offering easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Although the dining options didn't apply to me, the overall facilities were impressive.

The hotel is in a prime location in Burleigh with a great view, uninterrupted by any other high rises. The rooms are in desperate need of a makeover and were unbearably hot. I had a fantastic stay at this complex. The rooms were clean with a spa bath, and there was excellent parking and a great location just across from a patrolled beach. However, there wasn't enough hot water to use the spa, which was a bit disappointing on both nights.
